"I'm just about at the end of my first month taking Hair Formula 37 and it has finally dawned on me how this product works. I was always under the impression that hair was "dead" once it emerged from the scalp, so when I ordered HF37 it was in the hopes of someday at least a year from now having a head of new, healthier hair. I had no expectations of my own damaged hair actually improving. My hair is fine and limp and damaged from bleaching it blonde for the past ten years. It hangs on my head like limp straw. This stuff works like water for a flower. When you pick a flower and leave it on the kitchen counter it becomes limp and lifeless. When you put the stem in water it literally comes back to life. Somehow I have never gotten the nutrients necessary to make my hair come to life. HF37 provides these nutrients and my hair literally expands. The same thin, damaged strands are now full of body and shine and are much stronger than ever before. My hair usually seems to stop growing at approximately 19 inches. In just under a month it has grown an inch, and the difference between 19 inches and 20 inches is remarkable. My hair actually looks "long" now as opposed to medium length. The color has improved as well, just as the flower out of water would become brownish and dull, then regain its vibrant color when put back in water. "Hi. I have used this product for about 2 months now. It didn't seem like much was happening for the first month, but I continued taking them. Now, at the two month mark, I can really tell a difference. The longer I take them, the faster it grows, like I just needed to give it a little time to do it's thing. My hair grows very very slow and breaks easily. It took me at least 5 years to go from shoulder length to the middle of my back. I had to cut it to my shoulders again because of the damage. But I really feel by this time next year it will at least be to the middle of my back. Also, my nails are growing like crazy. I just signed up for the year membership and now my mom is going to try it too. I also love the shampoo and conditioner, makes my hair so healthy without any buildup, first time I didn't have to switch brands. "Hi, I am a college student and I would like to say I LOVE your product! I am an african american woman with relaxed hair. About 6 months ago I got permenant color put in my hair. BIG MISTAKE! My hair got extra dry and broke off really bad. My hair that was a nice length (way past the beginning of my neck) was gone. I had to go to a salon and have it cut off! "I started taking HF37 about a month ago. I take one step 1 and two step 2 pills twice a day. I try to do this as close to 12 hours apart as I can to keep the nutrients level in my system. I don't worry whether I take them on a full or empty stomach. Sometimes I eat, and sometimes I just take the pills. I love my hair and nails so I am always trying things that claim to do wonders. Some do - some don't. I would have to put HF37 in the "do" category. My nails were the first change I noticed. They are thicker, longer, and split less.
